Our staff
Our experienced team of staff develops an imaginative program of activities, which cover the key foundation stages stipulated by OFSTED.  All activities encourage learning through play.  Our objective is to allow each individual child the opportunity to explore and develop in a carefully planned and stimulating environment.

Experienced
All staff are qualified to a minimum of either NNEB or  NVQ 2/ NVQ3. The senior staff are Norland trained and have NVQ3 or equivalent qualifications.

Springburn Childcare values its staff very highly. All members of the Springburn team are given the opportunity to develop their personal and professional skills and broaden their knowledge of childcare practice.

First Aiders
All staff hold current first Aid Certificates in Childcare and have all been police checked.
